A non-refundable deposit of £1,000 or 30% of the cost (whichever is greater) per property is required at the time of booking. The balance must be paid at least 9 weeks before departure. A further charge may be made for alterations to the original booking. No refunds can be given for unused accommodation.
Credit card details will be held upon arrival as security against any outstanding bills, excess cleaning or breakages.
V-Ski will not be held responsible for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or inconvenience caused to clients prior to, during, or after the holiday.
All notices of cancellation must be made in writing. Accommodation charges will be subject to the following surcharges according to cancellation dates: 6-8 weeks prior to departure 60%; 4-6 weeks prior to departure 75%; 4 weeks or less 100%.
Cancellation charges for other properties, not listed on our website, will be dealt with individually and you shall be notified of these at the time of booking.

Should any client have the misadventure of breaking or damaging any furniture or possession in any accommodation, they will be liable for the full replacement cost or repair of such damage. V-Ski reserves the right to invoice for any damages unpaid at the end of the holiday
V-Ski clients undertake to behave in such a manner as to cause no damage, distress, danger or annoyance to other clients or the reputation of V-Ski.
